How It Works
Our in-person organising service is designed to feel seamless, supportive, and tailored to your lifestyle. From the initial consultation through to completion, we guide you through a considered and professional process, ensuring your space is both refined and easy to maintain.
We work with a range of spaces including pantries, kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and home offices, offering both single-area sessions and larger home transformations.
Our Process
Step 1: Consultation
We begin with a detailed consultation where we’ll discuss your lifestyle, goals, and preferences for the space, including your aesthetic direction. This conversation will help understand what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can create a system that feels practical, refined, and easy to maintain.
We will also discuss your investment range to ensure the overall direction aligns with your expectations.
Step 2: Booking & Confirmation
Following your consultation, you will be emailed our Terms & Conditions along with a project contract outlining the scope of works and estimated timeframe for your project.
Step 3: Decluttering
Decluttering is completed as a separate session prior to organising. This allows us to work with intention and ensures the final result is both considered and highly functional.
Step 4: Measurements & Photos
To ensure accurate planning and product selection, we require clients to provide all relevant measurements for shelves, cupboards, drawers, and storage areas. Photos may also be requested where needed.
Step 5: Planning & Strategy
We develop a customised organisational system tailored to your home, routines, and long-term needs, ensuring a result that feels both functional and cohesive.
Step 6: Product Sourcing
We curate refined, functional storage solutions that align with your space and overall aesthetic. You will be provided with direct links to recommended products, making it simple to purchase everything needed with clarity and confidence.
Step 7: On-Site Organisation & Staging
We bring the plan to life through hands-on organisation and professional staging. Depending on the scope of the project, this may be completed in a single session or across multiple scheduled visits.

This service includes:

The Low-Tox Home Consultation is designed to help individuals and families better understand and reduce everyday chemical exposure within their home. This service is flexible and supportive, allowing you to choose how gently—or how deeply—you’d like to go.
During our session, I will visit your home and complete a guided walk-through of key areas including cleaning products, personal care items, kitchenware, laundry, and general household products. We’ll then sit down together to talk through your goals, concerns, and current habits, shaping the conversation around what matters most to you.
