We work with a range of spaces including pantries, kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and home offices, offering both single-area sessions and larger home transformations.

Our Process

Step 1: Consultation

We begin with a detailed consultation where we’ll discuss your lifestyle, goals, and preferences for the space, including your aesthetic direction. This conversation will help understand what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can create a system that feels practical, refined, and easy to maintain.

We will also discuss your investment range to ensure the overall direction aligns with your expectations.

Step 2: Booking & Confirmation

Following your consultation, you will be emailed our Terms & Conditions along with a project contract outlining the scope of works and estimated timeframe for your project.

Step 3: Decluttering

Decluttering is completed as a separate session prior to organising. This allows us to work with intention and ensures the final result is both considered and highly functional. We can assist or you can tackle this yourself.

Step 4: Measurements & Photos

To ensure accurate planning and product selection, we require clients to provide all relevant measurements for shelves, cupboards, drawers, and storage areas. Photos may also be requested where needed.

Step 5: Planning & Strategy

We develop a customised organisational system tailored to your home, routines, and long-term needs, ensuring a result that feels both functional and cohesive.

Step 6: Product Sourcing

We curate refined, functional storage solutions that align with your space and overall aesthetic. You will be provided with direct links to recommended products, making it simple to purchase everything needed with clarity and confidence.

Step 7: On-Site Organisation & Staging
We bring the plan to life through hands-on organisation and professional staging. Depending on the scope of the project, this may be completed in a single session or across multiple scheduled visits.

UNPACK & ORGANISE

Moving into a new home and want your kitchen and wardrobes unpacked, organised and styled beautifully right from the start — without having to lift a finger? That’s where we come in.

The kitchen and wardrobes are often two of the biggest and most overwhelming spaces to set up during a move. Between unpacking boxes, finding homes for everything and creating functional systems, it can quickly become stressful and time-consuming. Having these spaces professionally unpacked and organised not only saves you hours of work but removes a huge amount of stress during an already busy time.

Our unpacking and organising service is designed to take the overwhelm out of moving, transforming your spaces into functional, organised and aesthetically pleasing areas from day one.

What’s included:

  • Full unpacking of kitchen and/or wardrobe items
  • Grouping and categorising contents
  • Functional organisation systems tailored to your lifestyle
  • Introduction of storage solutions where required
  • Pantry decanting (if selected)
  • Labelling (where applicable)
  • Styling of shelves, drawers, wardrobes and benchtops
  • Clean-up of boxes and packaging throughout the process

Please note: we do not move or transport boxes — we work with items once they are already in the space.

This service can be booked for just one area or both kitchen and wardrobes, depending on your needs. As a general guide, we recommend allowing roughly 1 day per area, depending on the size of the spaces, volume of items, overall scope of the project, and how well the initial packing has been completed and categorised.

A more detailed breakdown of how your unpack and organisation process will work will be discussed during your phone consultation, allowing us to tailor the service specifically to your home and needs.

By the end of the process, your kitchen and/or wardrobes will not only be fully unpacked, but thoughtfully organised and styled to create practical, functional and easy-to-maintain spaces that are ready to use from the moment you walk in.

Standard Unpack Service

We also offer a standard unpack service for clients who simply want their kitchen and/or wardrobes unpacked and put away without the additional organisation upgrades.

This service includes:

  • Full unpacking of items
  • Placing items into cupboards, drawers and wardrobes in a functional layout
  • Basic grouping and organisation of items
  • Clean-up of packaging

This option does not include additional storage solutions (such as tubs or canisters), labelling, decanting, or styling.

A standard unpack typically runs over a full day per area, depending on the size of the spaces, volume of items, and scope of the project.
