The Low-Tox Home Consultation is designed to help individuals and families better understand and reduce everyday chemical exposure within their home. This service is flexible and supportive, allowing you to choose how gently—or how deeply—you’d like to go.

During our session, I will visit your home and complete a guided walk-through of key areas including cleaning products, personal care items, kitchenware, laundry, and general household products. We’ll then sit down together to talk through your goals, concerns, and current habits, shaping the conversation around what matters most to you.

Whether you’re looking to make a few simple swaps or ready for a more comprehensive reset, the consultation adapts to your comfort level.

On the day, you will receive:

  • A guided walk-through of your home with practical, easy-to-understand insights
  • A relaxed consultation to discuss your goals as an individual or family
  • Clear guidance on where to start—whether that’s one small change or a broader overhaul

A low-tox mini guide (provided to all clients) including:

  • Easy-to-follow swap suggestions for main household areas
  • A curated list of trusted brands and recommended products
  • Practical tips to support you as you implement changes
  • Clear, actionable next steps so you leave knowing exactly what to do
  • Time to ask questions and gain clarity in a supportive setting

You also have the option to extend your consultation to receive hands-on assistance. This allows us to work together to remove or declutter household items and products that are not aligned with low-tox living, helping you take immediate action with practical support.

This consultation focuses exclusively on home and personal care products and does not include food or dietary advice.

You can take this service as a starting point, a refresh, or a full home reset—it’s entirely up to you how far you go. This service is available in-home and virtually.
