How It Works

Our process is simple, practical, and designed to fit real family life. Every session is built around creating functional, easy-to-maintain systems using an already decluttered space — decluttering can be done beforehand with our guidance or with a separate session if you’d like hands-on assistance.

Step 1: Phone Consultation

We start with a friendly chat to understand your home, your challenges, and what you hope to achieve. This helps us tailor the session to your needs and answer any questions before we visit your space.

Step 2: In-Home Consultation

Next, we visit your home to assess the area you’d like to organise. Together, we’ll discuss what’s working, what’s not, and the best way to create practical systems that fit your family’s lifestyle.

We’ll also take a look at what storage you already have — tubs, baskets, jars, or containers — so we can make the most of what’s on hand. If you’d like to purchase a few extra items before the organising session, we can guide you on what will work best for your space and needs.

Step 3: Decluttering (Separate Service)

Decluttering is the essential first step. You can choose to handle this stage on your own, or we can support you through a hands-on decluttering session where we guide you in deciding what to keep, donate, or let go. Once this process is complete, your space will be ready for intentional organisation.

Step 4: Organising Session(s)

During the session, we pull everything out of the area, sort items into categories, and lightly wipe down surfaces. Then we thoughtfully organise everything back into place using what you already have — baskets, jars, tubs, or any extra items you wish to bring along. Cute mismatched jars, little baskets for pencils, and repurposed containers all find their place.

To keep it simple for everyone in the family, we can add basic, white labels so everyone knows where things belong — no pressure for perfect coordination, just practical guidance that keeps your home flowing smoothly.
